Market Notes
4TH OF JULY
We're working with the Astoria Historic Downtown Association to host the first ever Community River Walk Parade on July 4!

The Community River Walk Parade starts at the Transit Center at 10th and Marine and culminates at the Columbia River Maritime Museum and nearby train depot where there will be live music with The Function, food, vendors and other attractions.

The parade pays tribute to the wonderful River Walk and reflects the diversity of users. Parade participants will be judged on the whim of our Parade Masters from Shanghaied in Astoria. There are several categories to choose from and we may even make some up as we go: tricycle brigade, strollers, bicycles, dogs and their owners, joggers, walkers, and skate boarders.

For more information email astoriasundaymarket@charter.net or call 503-440-7168. Applications can be found at the Astoria-Warrant Chamber of Commerce located on 111 West Marine Drive, the Astoria Children’s Museum (30th and Marine Drive), and at various downtown merchants or click on the Application link here: click to download
